I got several references for my car transport from Fremont, CA to Garden Grove, CA. After doing some research on internet by reading customer reviews and BB, I decided to call this company although the quote is at the high end compared to other quotes . I talked to Dave and he clearly explained the process and how the cost is charged to my credit card when the car would be loaded ($100 to his company) and another charge ($250) paid to the driver when the car is unloaded. I was called an hour later and, to my surprise, I was told that the car will be picked up on the next day, with all the contact information! The transport company is Jakes Transport. Jacob was the driver and he's very professional with loading my car which is inoperative. He arrived a bit earlier at 7:30 AM on the pick-up day. My car was delivered on the following day as promised without any damage.
I absolutely recommend this company.
