Worst customer service from Anytime Inc

They receive zero stars. It took 7 different dates before they finally picked up my car. They never told me what caused any delays other than the first missed pick up. I was to FAX my complaints to the owner who was to get back to me within 24 hours, which I did twice and never got a response. My customer service rep.,Stacey, told me that I could not speak to a supervisor and told me my car wasn't picked up because I was rude and hung up on me. They refusted to refund my 50% deposit under any circumstances. They totally misrepresented the service.and were very dishonest, obnoxious and use a very unfair contract that leaves the customer with little recourse when they do not provide the service they promise. My only good fortune was that the transport company they contracted with finally picked up my car and delivered it without further incident. If you want to be spared tremendous aggravation findd another transport broker. none could be worse than Anytime Inc.
