Check the BBB site and you will find out what kind of company you are going to deal with. This one is graded as “F”. The price ended up way more expensive with extra rent-a-car costs and much more stress! No customer SERVICE and full of lies!!

“Pete” and the female representative weren’t even willing to locate my car, but told me lies. The initial estimated date of delivery was May 2nd or 3rd. I actually received my car on May 17th and Pete blamed it on Horizon in Hawaii for its delay. OK. I had contract with AAA, and I don’t give a damn about the reason why the delivery was so late. AAA needed to deliver as they promised; however, “Pete” told me that it is JUST an estimated date. That means AAA cannot promise anything! BE AWARE!! This company’s “Terms and Conditions” is only convenient for AAA!! AAA told me to contact K-1 auto carrier directly after May 6th. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A CONTRACT WITH K-1 AND CONTACT WITH K-1 AND UPDATE OF THE LOCATION OF MY CAR IS AAA’S RESPONSIBILITY!!

If things goes right, you’re lucky, but when things goes wrong, this company does not take any responsibility nor listen to you. The female representative couldn’t help us, the owner “Paul” refused to take any phone calls from his customers, and “Pete” did not know how to talk to his customer. When I told him “I paid in advance” he told me, “You didn’t pay me. Our financial department received your money.” However, this is a small company without any manager! Where is the financial department??? Yes, “Pete” talked to me like this after he received our check. Since this company did not help me but made me worry about my car, I had to contact the Virginia, Hawaii, and Los Angeles police, (because my car was last seen at Long beach CA and I couldn’t locate my car after that) attorney, military legal office, and our auto insurance company.

After you sign the contract and give AAA the right to possess your car, what you can do is limited, and they do not refund you unless you file a claim to the small claims court by yourself. No one can really help you. I felt so hopeless when I encountered this problem, but I was lucky that some people still tried to help me. You do not want to waste your time. Choose a well-known port to port shipper although it will charge you more than AAA.

Dear "Williams", You are not our customer. The only Williams we have from HI to VA was in 2007. The camry was delivered in 19 days. If this is you than the review is completely false. Since you are not our customer we must insist that you remove this immediately. Sincerely, AAA Anytime, Inc.
