Questionable veracity; never picked up vehicle!

IF YOU HIRE UAT, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

My NFL client's exotic vehicle NEVER WAS PICKED UP! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

My firm paid a deposit of $300 (which was refunded via mail). The problem was three fold: (1) when CHRIS at UAT alleged to have booked the transport, I received notice from other carriers that that route was still being posted an hour after I received a confirming email;

(2) pickup was scheduled for Saturday, transport ordered Friday, and I had to contract the driver on Sat/ Sunday to determine that he was not even picking up the vehicle and that UAT was informed of this and there was never a 100% pick up scheduled; Chris never once emailed me back during the entire weekend; and UAT is closed during the weekends (NOTE: don't expect svc on the weekends, and probably not at all); and

(3) if the aforementioned is not enough, the owner (female who claimed to be the owner/ manager) decided to argue and talk over me while I was making a complaint and asking for a refund. It was like she threw her hands in the air and didn't care. Persistent argument and interruption to the point where I just asked for a refund.

It appears that others have had mediocre experiences. I will tell you that IF YOU HIRE UAT, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. My NFL clients will never hire UAT or anyone associated with them, nor will I ever recommend them.

Plenty of other transport logistic companies that will serve you better and will actually have the vehicle picked up and be forthright in their pickup times (see, e.g., www.alpinetransportinc.com).
