I recently used AA United Auto Transport to bring my car from the US to the UK. I was dreading the process and was worried that it would add to an already very stressful transatlantic relocation. Right from the start, Karolina at AA UAT took control and reassured me that the transport of my car would be pretty pain free - she was right. Karolina was highly responsive, explained everything clearly, and kept me 100% up-to-date as to the progress with my vehicle; she also went to great lengths to assist with the completion of paperwork and communication with the various parties involved. Additionally, the UAT quote was very easy to understand - plus, when they said there were no hidden costs, they meant it. If I ever decide to relocate again, I would have absolutely no hesitation in placing my car in the expert hands of Karolina and the UAT team.
