Totally screwed up our move

they were recommended by our moving company, called and spoke to Kristen, she was very friendly,I email her the paper work on December 10. I had explained to Kristen that the car had to be delivered between Jan 10-13 since we would be there for the closing and delivery of moving truck and car then flying back to Connecticut, she gave me a pick up date of Dec 31, i asked if that was enough time to factor in weather and such, she said yes that was factored in. All was great, we chatted and i found out that the company had just moved from my hometown of Parsippany, talk about a small world. well friday came and no call to say they were coming, i grabbed my contract and saw that the p/u was actually from 12/31 thru 1/3. so on jan 3 at 10 i called to ask when they would arrive and was told that i still hadn't been assigned to a truck and that they would call back to give me a 6 hour time frame of when they would be there. no call came. on jan 4 i called again and spoke to neal who told me that they had overbooked cause things get cancelled, but nothing had and alas, they could not get my car to my new home in the time frame i had requested and the kicker was Neal said he couldn't feel bad about it cause then nothing would ever get done. Good attitude neal, way to treat your customers, good to know you don't care about screwing over people
