AAA Automovers prides itself on fradulent service. I would highly recommend never using them. They are purely after your money and making a sale...customer service is not in their vocabulary.

They promised me a pick-up date when I was moving from Florida to New York and on the day they said they would come, they failed to show up. Not only were they extremely rude when I called but denied making any promises. This failed pick-up cost me thousands of dollars in travel expenses and other last-minute travel arrangement alterations.

They didn't even have the deceny to waive a "cancellation fee" and to this day hold fast that they did nothing wrong. Just because you do a Google search and "AAA" somehow finds its way to the top of the list, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. For your own good.

There was never a promise made that pickup would occur on a certain date. Our cancellation fee was disclosed to Mr. Quereshi in the contract he signed and his window of pickup dates was presented on the order he signed. We believe it to be fair to not charge our fee until we have completed our service. However, we incur expenses the moment we provide a quote to a customer and continue to incur expenses all through the process. Therefore, we believe it is also fair to charge a cancellation fee when the customer cancels prior to the end of the pickup window, which is what Mr. Quereshi did. His pickup window was 8/28 through 9/06; he cancelled on 8/31; he was subject to the cancellation fee. We handle 10,000+ orders a year and are considered the best because we are honest and fair.
