I contracted with AAA Automovers to ship my car from San Francisco, CA to Winston-Salem, NC for a fee of $975. The contract reads that my car was supposed to be delivered to my door in Winston-Salem, NC within 10 to 14 days from pick-up.
My car was dropped off by the truck driver in Charlotte, NC, 1/2 hours from my home. When I called AAA Automovers, I spoke to Neil Picket who was supposed to be the manager and customer service representative. Not only was he extremely rude and patronizing to both my husband and me, but he would not take responsibility for the failure to deliver my car. Rather, Neil told me that it was the transport company issue (A-1 Autotransport) and that AAA Automovers only brokers out the car. When I explained to Neil that my contract was with AAA Automovers, and not with A-1 Auto Transport, Neil pretended to have a bad connection and put me on hold for over 30 minutes. I called Neil back again and this time asked to speak to the owner of AAA AUtomovers. Neil would not even let me leave the owner, Mark Brinkman, a voice mail.

In all my business dealings, I have never dealt with a company that was so unprofessional. I urge you not to use this company.
