This is by far the first , last, and worst experience I have ever had with trying to transport a car I purchased in another state. AA Automovers made so many mistakes that I can't even begin to list them all here. They took no responsibility for their mistakes or the mistakes and rudeness of the drivers. Right from the start, they never told the carrier (that THEY subcontracted out,) that my car was a station wagon when I told them this about 20 times on the phone and in 2 responding emails, plus I gave them the vin #. They said I was paying this high rate because it would be door to door but then made the person, who I bought the car from, drive 45 minutes out of his way to meet the carrier who told him to leave it with the keys in a Mcdonald's parking lot because he did not get the permits in time and could not come on that day. Then when he finally got there, he could not take the car because AA Automovers did not tell him that it was a station wagon! What did I pay the $225 deposit that all goes towards AA Automovers fro, if they can't even get that right. No one called me after the car was not picked up and so it sat at the McDonald's for 6 days before I was notified. The car could have been stolen, towed, or damaged. They would not refund me any of the money and actually had the gall to say that the new carrier that would be oicking it up is charging MORE than the last carrier and I would have to get the car to Phoenix from the McDonald's, which is 2 hours away and I live in Connecticut!! I could go on and on but I am sick of the entire process. NEVER use this company again. When all these problems were happening, Jeanine (at AA Autmovers) said she would call me back in 10 minutes and try and solve all this but she nevercalled and so I called 45 minutes later and she was out to lunch!! They could care less about you the client or your car. They are not trust worthy, they do not care about their clients, they use the worst carriers in the business, and the only reason I used them in the first place is because when I called another company it was transferred to them. They bought this other company's number so they are just bottom feeders. Believe it or not, I still do not have my car and I will pray everyday that this company goes out of business very quickly.

Audra signed her order with the VW Passat described as a small car – not a wagon. The seller of the vehicle left it at a MacDonald’s so he could be in a marathon in California. When the carrier tried to pick up the vehicle he saw it was a wagon and wouldn’t fit his spot. Clearly these are not AA-Automovers’ mistakes. As soon as we were notified by the carrier we jumped in to assist Audra and found a new carrier for her, for which she thanked us. Her statements in this review are not accurate. While we understand her frustration, we did respond and fix things for her and do not feel she is justified or completely truthful in her negative comments. She did authorize the vehicle as a small car and it was her seller who abandoned the car in Arizona.
