After charging us addition money to transport items of personal property they delivered our auto with badly damaged items. We are still waiting for them to return our phone calls trying to receive payment for the damaged items. Stay away from this company, they upped the price when they picked up the car and now they won't return our calls!!!!

Wow, our first negative feedback in over 4 years! That's unheard of. Let me fill in the blanks that Mr. Dorazio conveniently left out. He states the carrier was late. That is true, they were 2 hours late. 2 HOURS. The driver set up a time of 5pm, he got held up with another pick up, called them and said he'd be late. The vehicle was loaded at 7pm. He also states he paid $1298 for this transport. That is not true. We quoted him $1098. When the driver arrived to pick up the car, it was full of personal items in the trunk as well as the entire backseat area adding extra weight. Mr. Dorazio negotiated directly with the driver an additional fee of $100 to transport his daughter's belongings with the car. That brings the total to $1198. When he called me 2 days later to complain about the EXTORTION FEE of $100 for the personal items, I asked he why he didn't just remove all of it and ship them Fedex? He didn't answer me because he knew it would have cost him 3 times the amount to ship what he stuffed into that car. When the vehicle arrived, the driver had his daughter go around the car to make sure it was the same as when it was picked up. He also had her check the trunk and that's when they found a broken house mirror. The daughter told the driver that that could have happened when her and her father packed the car because they had to SLAM the trunk in order to get it to close because it was so full. Now Mr. Dorazio is trying to collect $250 from the carrier for a mirror that he packed into the trunk of a car going across the US from NY to CA. He states that WE won't return his call, but when I talked to him after the car had been delivered, it was the CARRIER that would not return his call regarding the broken mirror. I personally spoke with the carrier and they are standing behind their disclaimer (which is the same disclaimer ALL carriers have) ANY PERSONAL ITEMS IN THE CAR ARE BEING SHIPPED AT THE OWNER'S RISK. THE CARRIER'S INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER PERSONAL ITEMS. They told Mr. Dorazio this as well. Here is the kicker; this vehicle was picked up on a Friday and delivered that Wednesday. It was originally scheduled for a 10 day delivery, however, the carrier was able to get it on a truck with 2 drivers. This saved Mr. Dorazio 5 days worth of car rental he would have had to pay had it arrived on the scheduled date. You can't please everyone, but we sure try and our record reflects that.
