I was jerked around from being to end of my car transporting expericence. They were suppose to have someone pick my car up on the 27th of Dec and which did not happen. It ended getting picked up Jan 3rd. I recieved my car on Jan 13 at which point I had to go and track down the driver because he got off at the wrong exit and did not want to get back on and come my way. I paid for door to door service and did not get it. When talking to customer service I felt like they were jerking me around. Since I book my car service I have also been fighting to get my military discount of $50.00 which they said I was entitled to. It has been almost a month and still nothing. I call the company to find out what is up and no one will return my calls. All I know is I got crap for service. I will never shiip with them again nor will I suggest them to any other military member who is transfering and needs to ship a car to there new destinataion. Only good thing I have to say is I got my car.
