This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Our car was supposed to be transported from Missouri to California. We were told the driver would contact us at least 12 hrs in advance of picking up the car. Not only did the driver contact the wrong person but gave absolutely NO advance notice. So of course that opportunity to transport the car came and went. Two weeks later, miraculously there was not a single driver who could transport the car within that time period. I wasted a lot of time on the phone getting erroneous information about the next pick-up date (it got pushed back 3 or 4 times before i finally gave up, forfeited my deposit, and found another company to ship the car). All the while, the company was still confused about the contact person (they just randomly named people even though we gave very clear instructions about who to contact when). They made no effort to reroute another truck or compensate us for all of the additional hassle we underwent. On the day that I finally cancelled the order, the dispatcher told me my car was on a truck going east (???). This was hilarious given that my car had never been picked up at all.
