I am also in the military and figured these guys would get the job done without a headache. I was extremely wrong for assuming this. Adam assured me I could pay all fees up front and that would be the easiest route and it didn't work out that way. He never sent the payment to the actual carrier and therefore my car was held, illegially, by the carrier until they were paid. So I had to do his job and play phone tage between the two idiots to resolve the issue. My car was picked up on a Wedsnedayand scheduled to be delivered on a Saturday. It did not arrive until late Tuesday afternoon and I paid the "expedited" price and was garanteed it would get there within 5 days. I overpaid, there was no communication from A1 or the carrier, and I was left very pissed off. Do not for the love of god use this "company".
