These guys are as everybody else here saysr, just out to get your money. They suck you in by getting your credit card number and then they never do anything more for you besides telling you big fat lies. I was supposed to get my car picked up november 30th and that as I am sure that you all know.. It didnt happen. They said that the truck had problems in the snow. Then I called back later and asked about a pick up date, and they could not tell me, but it was in the beginning of next week. Then it was the end of the week. then another week and another. Today is December 18th.

So after about 3 weeks some trucker called me and said that he could pick up the car, but he wanted to get the money cash because he didnt wait for the money that A Eastern Connection was to pay him because it would take about 3 weeks before he got the money. So on top of the 740 dollars I paid A Eastern Connection, that was originally 650 before they got my creditcard number, I have to pay the driver 550 dollars otherwise he would not pick it up for me. So unless A Eastern Connection refund my money the 650 is bumped up to 1290 dollars. They gave me a quote of 650 dollars that I called in and confirmed, but when I got the bill it was 740. I called in they said that the 650 was a "typo". But I was free to cancel the order and pay the 250 dollar administration fee.

I am leaving the country for a month in two days and I dont have the car yet. I have owned it for a month now, but I havent used it, and I dont think I will the next month or so either. (since the car is not here, and I am going abroad). I have filed a dispute through my credit card provider and I just hope that I one day will se my car. The credit card provider says that it will take between 30 and 180 days for the dispute to be settled, however, I dont have to pay anything before the matter is settled. The trucker says that he will be here today or tomorrow, but I dont know if I should believe that or not.. Besides. I cant really pick the car up when Im not here anymore can I?

Stay away from these guys. If you have been dealing with them. File a dispute if you havent gotten the service you paid for. They will trick you, cheat you, lie to you, and do what ever they can to get your money. Keep all your reciepts and if you got a online quote, save the mail in case you need it to prove what you are saying. If enogh people file disputes towards them, then maybe they will be shut down. These guys are the same as Autorail, and as you can see on this site. there are not very many people that are happy with the job they do. Including transporters that they also screw over.
