We had to move our car from Detroit, MI to Sunnyvale, CA. If I had known this site I wouldn’t have gone through stress and loss of money. They charged our account the moment we enquired about shipping. They told us that our car will be picked up the next day. But we did not get call from the driver. The car was not picked up at all we heard different stories every day like the driver is late and so he is on the way, the driver lost the license, he is driving back after drop off, he changed his route to Florida, the driver will call you in 2 hrs, driver is not picking up the phone. So we dropped the car with our neighbor and left to CA where I had to rent the car for 3 weeks which cost me almost 800$. We enquired them every day the operator was very rude , yelling and screaming at us. They hang up on me multiple times. Finally the guy gives me a reason saying that he can’t deliver to North California, so I asked him to deliver to LA which again took a another week of delay to get scheduled. I had to go to LA to pick up the car which again cost me additional 300$. So use a good transport company even if they charge you more. I spent almost 1800$ plus the stress and loss of time and energy. Please read all the other reviews..before you talk to these guys.. The good reviews are written by themselves … so please don’t believe them… they were many compliant reported to BBB (Better Business Bureau) and they have more than 300 reports of being cheated by them. And FOX news NY had a “SHAME..SHAME program about aesternconnection.
