In Dec 2004, I contracted to have my 1991 Mercedes 300d moved from Georgia to California. Since then, it has been a complete disaster in every way. These people should be put out of business TODAY.

I kept a phone log and here it is:

late dec 2004, spoke with ed - he said my car will be transported by one of their trucks only. door to door. on outside truck. within 7 to 14 days. car available to me on 1/14 but wasn't picked up until it was over a week late.

in fact, my dealer had to call them personally to get them to do it as they called, they told him they would be there, so he waited for them but no one showed up.

went on their website - my delivery date is now 1/24/05. well over the 10 to 14 day promise i got when i first called them.

1/19/05 - went to website again, now it says the delivery date is 2/28/2005. no calls. no nothing from them. the second of many delays.

1/24/05 - went to website again, now the delivery date was changed to 2/2/05. i tried to track it but was not able to track car online like i was told by ed.

after all this, i got scared and went online and read over 40 negative complaints on epinions. these people have a HORRIBLE reputation all over the country.

1/28/05 - 10:00 am - called them and was told my car was in alabama- and to call back at noon for more specific information- it was on their own truck

called 1/28 12:00 pm - this time they said car was in fontana. girl said she will talk to the supervisor and the supervisor will call back in 20 minutes.

called 1/28 1:15 pm - no call back. called again was told the supervisor was at lunch and would not be back for 30 minutes and that she would call then.

called 1/28 2:15 pm - no call back. called again and was told the supervisor is still not there. but girl at office said that according to her records, my car is in livermore now. i said i could drive over there and pick it up SO THE GIRL ALL OF A SUDDEN GOT SCARED AND TOLD ME SHE COULDN"T HELP ME ANY MORE.

In one day, I was told my car was in alabama, fontana and livermore. These people are incompetent.

but i got the number for the livermore location and spoke to them and they said it is NOT in livermore: that number was 925 443 1300 - bl 6596746

called 1/31 - 11:00 am - called again and girl said my car is in arizona, on their lot, on their truck and will be here this wednesday, the 2nd. she promised me it would be there and not to worry.

called 2/2/05- 12:00 pm - after waiting at home all morning, i called again and was not told my car still in arizona. and that it is not going to be here until next wednesday, the 9th, 2005.

It has been over 6 weeks and all i have heard is lies, errors, promises and still nothing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR BIKE. They are terrible and should be closed asap.

We apologize there was a miscommunication with Mr. Hagin and our customer service department. It is never our intention to upset the customer or inconvenience them in any way. It is our position that we transported Mr. Hagin’s vehicle in a timely manner. Our sales representatives quote,” with a weeks notice and a two to three day window for pick up we estimate delivery within 7-14 days,” however due to unforeseeable factors we do not guarantee a date or time of delivery. We were commissioned on January 14, 2005 to ship the vehicle. The vehicle was first available to us on Janaury 14, 2004. With a weeks notice and a two to three day window for pick up we are looking at a date of January 23, 2005. An average 7-14 day transit time gives us an estimated delivery of February 6, 2005. We indicate the vehicle was approximately delivered February 7, 2005. We apologize for any inconvenience Mr. Hagin may have experienced.
