This was my first auto transporter move from my home in NY to my winter home in Florida. I was nervous because my 1995 BMW 318ic convertible has collector status and I had four companies calling me to go with them. I had quite a detailed Q & A with Ian. He answered all my questions honestly and offered suggestions about going on an enclosed carrier since I was concerned about a traditional "open carrier." Since my car was a daily driver & not a "garage queen" I went with the open carrier and selected A-AAA transport. They hooked me up with Reliable Auto Transport of Pembroke Florida. From start to finish the job was handled professionally, on time, with frequent follow up calls from A-AAA and Reliable. They moved up my pickup date four days earlier to give me additional leeway in not picking up only 2 days before we left for FL. Friday like clockwork they called to tell me when the drivers would arrive. They came on time, examined the car, I signed a release, and off my car went. The next day Ian called to confirm the pickup and ask if I was satisfied with their service, which I was. The following Friday upon my arrival in FL Reliable Transporters called to deliver my car that evening, sine they would be closed that weekend and the next delivery day wasl Monday. My car was delivered 7:00 Friday evening as promised, clean, undamaged, and with all my belongings present. If you have a car to transport I would highly recommend A-AAA Transport. They are professional, reliable, pleasant, and reasonably priced compared to the competition, a true 5 star company.
