Awful customer service

I dealt with multiple agents, but the primary one that handled most of my shipment info was Julia. She was rude and communicated very poorly. When I would ask a question, she would become irritated and cut me off and give me an answer that did not apply. I became very frustrated, as I was paying 700 dollars to get my vehicle shipped and I was being talked down to. I will never deal with these people again and I STRONGLY recommend that nobody else does either.
