Had my new car shipped for TN to Vancouver BC Canada. No real problems, car was on time with only 1 scratch on the roof that's being dealt with now, though have yet to hear back from AA. Because the car was the first on the carrier, it was up top over the cab. This meant TONS of bug splatter and road mess. Can't blame anyone, just try not to get the spot up at the top front! Their price was nearly $1300 cheaper than five other company's quotes. ($1670 vs $3000+) It did take a few days extra, but worth the savings! The car didn't present well at first, as the entire front was covered with road grime, sap, and bugs....after 4 washes it's still coming off so I may use an enclosed trailer next time. You get what you pay for! Overall, it was a positive experience since this car has only 9000 miles on it, and is one of 4000 made.
