I was caring a car from Texas to Virginia for Karen at A1-Courtesy Transport when my truck brokedown in Montgomery, AL. When I notified Karen of my problem she quickly found 2 other carriers to pick up the cars and complete the run for me even though 2 of the cars she had nothing to do with. She knew I had a problem that I could'nt help and didn't mind helping out.Thanks to her 3 out of 3 customers whose cars were on my truck are happy. Her attention to customer satisfaction for the customer and the carrier is unparralelled. This industry needs more people like her.
