I had never used a transport broker before and was quite confused about all the quotes and options. I did read reviews and after careful consideration decided on using 7 Star. I had also read great reviews about Werner himself, and they proved to be so true. Always answered calls and kept me informed on the whereabouts of the vehicle. The trucking company (T&Y Express) they used was also very helpful, with the dispatch person also keeping in touch with me. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The vehicle arrived in perfect condition and I'm thankful to Werner, 7 Star, and T&Y.
