I submitted a request to move a sports car and a 4x8 utility trailer. Seven Star was one of several that replied with estimates by email. Jose S followed up with a phone call and that sealed the deal for me. The estimate given by email was for the car only and Jose S needed to do a lot of coordination and negotiation to get a firm cost for the car and utility trailer; extra effort for which I was very grateful. Outside circumstances meant that the vehicles needed to be moved by the upcoming Friday with Wednesday preferred. On Tuesday Jose S confirmed with me that they had matched a driver/vehicle with my contract.
Several people worked to keep me posted: Seven Star, the Driver's agent and the driver himself.
The car was picked up on time (Wednesday); and it was delivered mid-day on Friday; on time.
Both vehicles were in great shape. I couldn't have been more pleased.
Seven Star provides professional service and sticks by their price. This is an earnest, honest company. I particularly liked Jose S who worked hard to make this move work.
