This whole process of transporting our vehicle went extremely smooth! From our first contact with JD for a quote, he was very professional, answered all of my questions, was personable and represented his company extremely well. He made the process personal to our needs & didn't hesitate to inform us that our scedule for pick-up & delivery would be accommodated without a problem. The Dispatcher, Gilbert, was also very professional, personable & listened to our scheduling needs. He made us feel quite comfortable dealing with 5STARNATIONWIDE & reassured me that our car would be efficiently & safely transported. They were right! Our vehicle was delivered earlier than I thought it would be...safely & with no problems whatsover. Also, the transporters that they dealt with, Reliable Auto Transport, Inc., provided excellent service on their part. They gave us plenty of notice when they would be arriving to deliver the car. With the location of the street being quite narrow, we informed Gilbert, the Dispatcher, to include in the driver's information that door-to-door service might not be feasible. He said that would not be a problem & we were able to meet with the driver & the truck at a nearby shopping center parking lot- it was that simple! To conclude, we selected 5STAR NATIONWIDE based on their price to transport our vechicle, & just as importantly, for the fine customer service they provided from the initial contact through the whole process.
We DEFINITELY would use them again, without a doubt, and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reasonably-priced vehicle shipper who is dependable, reliable and in our opinion, a 10STAR company!
