I contacted Gilbert three days before Christmas informing him that my new vehicle was ready to be shipped to Florida. He posted the vehicle within 1 hour of talking to him and it was scheduled by the next morning (23 Dec). The driver picked up the vehicle that night and delivered to us in
Florida on Christmas! I talked to about 20 companies before I decided to call Gilbert back and give him our business. They weren't the cheapest quote we got, but it was $50-$200 less than most of the other companies. Additionally, Gilbert explained how the process really worked with brokers up front and didn't pressure me in any way. I liked that they only planned to make $100 of the $555 quote (the "deposit"), so I knew I had a better chance of my vehicle being picked up off of the transport board at a higher price to the actual driver. Additionally, they only charged me that $ once the vehicle was actually picked up. I also liked that they had a 5 star rating and very favorable reviews on this site. Most of the other companies did not. Overall, this was the best experience I've had so far shipping a vehicle and couldn't believe we got our car on Christmas which was only 3 days after making the initial phone call! Thanks Gilbert!
