This was my first time shipping my car, and 5 Star Nationwide eased all worries I had about the process. Lin was very helpful and set up the pickup the first time we spoke on the phone, about a month ahead of the shipment. He kept me informed over the following weeks so I knew that everything was going according to plan. When I had an issue with the first carrier sent, another was found and picked up my vehicle less than 24 hours later. My car arrived at the destination the following day.
