they offered to move my car for $$125 less than the competitor that I was signing a deal with. the day after they told me "...oh, we'll need an additional $350 it's snowing" I said no. they kept pushing and pushing returning about 1 out of every 10 calls. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, THEY TRIED TO TAKE $1300 OFF MY DEBIT CARD. when it was blocked they gave my credit information to a sister company and stole $ from my bank account. they have not called back, they have not tried to contact me, until the bank informed me that the companies were related I thought that I had been robbed by somebody else. I had to pay another carrier to come out a later date, pay for a rental for two extra weeks, and now I am stuck in limbo with the 5 diamond people.

DON'T USE OR TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL OFFER YOU A LOW PRICE THEN AFTER YOU AGREE TO THAT THEY WILL RAISE THE PRICE AND JERK YOU AROUND. THEY WILL NOT TAKE OR RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS

We here at 5 Diamond Auto Transport are deeply disappointed at the inaccurate presentment of facts. We had found this customer 2 different drivers, charged our dispatch fee of $100, not $1300, and the customer cancelled with us. That would explain why no one came to pick up the vehicle, considering the order was cancelled. We here at 5 Diamond DO NOT have any affiliation with any "sister companies" that would of taken $1300 off of his credit card. No proof was ever given that we are associated with these charges. This customer has not contacted us about any fraudulent charges that may have been placed on his card. Any further questions please feel free to contact us.
