Needed transport from CA to upstate NY. Although the price for the transport was reasonable, the reason I went with this company was the dispatch was VERY convincing my car would be picked up the weekend prior to me leaving. That was my ONLY concern and wish.. the car would be picked up before I flew to NY. I didn't care if the car didn't come on time but I had no where to leave my car when I left and again that was VERY important to me. After reading all the reviews and reading all the quotes and emails I received, I chose to go with this company. I saw a red flag when they charged my credit card the 110 deposit for the broker fee and didn't send me the carrier information. Overall let me just say, you never get someone who picks up the phone when you call. You have to leave a message so expect that to happen. The day my car was to be picked up, it took me 8 messages, 2 each on all the phone numbers I had, and 3 emails. I did this every hour until I heard from someone. Finally heard from the carrier dispatcher and she said the car wouldn't be picked up until Tue or Wed. She didn't seem to care about I was told the weekend. She said she made the schedule on Sat morning and I should call back Monday morning.. the day I was suppose to leave. Thank goodness my awesome ex-boss took my car until it got picked up. So overall experienced sucked! The only concern I had was it was picked up on time and it wasn't. I know that's not 4 seasons fault but their blame was.. don't promise me something that couldn't be done and how many times it took me to call or email to get a response. Everyone was nice but in the end, I can't rate higher than poor. I was disappointed beyond belief. Moving is stressful especially if you've never done it before and never have had your car transported. This whole experience put more stress on me. If I ever move again, I'll drive my own car so that would be my review. Drive your own car and if you really can't.. then really don't expect the carrier to be on time to pick up your car. Oh and the driver was really nice and it was easy to meet him.

Debbie, I am truly sorry that you feel this way about the services that I provided you with. I am very diligent with all my customers, unfortunately the week that you were transporting your vehicle we were experiencing technical difficulties with our ISP and our phone lines are connected to the internet. When you and i spoke I explained that we needed a 72 hour window for pick up. According to both our dispatch and your review, the vehicle was picked up within that 72 hour window. I'm sorry that I was not able to update you personally. From my understanding, your carrier did follow up with you and kept you updated on our behalf. Should you need our services in the future, rest assured that I will provide you with a discount for the inconvenience and I will also provide you with my direct cell phone number, this way there is no miscommunication.
