Shocking & Appalling Customer Service

I contacted 4 Corners for a quote to have my car shipped from Las Vegas to Atlanta. I had also been in contact with two other companies as well...one of which contacted me with a carrier prior to hearing back from 4 Corners. When I contacted 4 Corners to cancel my request for a carrier, the customer service agent asked me why I had decided to cancel my request. I simply explained that I decided to go with another company. She then becomes very rude/unprofessional and states, "Thanks for wasting our time" and hangs up the phone in my face. I was completely shocked & appalled by her lack of professionalism and outright rudeness simply because I decided to go with another company. Never have I encountered such poor customer service. I'm glad I dodged a bullet with this company. First impressions are everything and if the lack of customer service I received just for canceling a request was any indication of the customer service I would've received had I decided to move forward with this company, I'm relieved that I found out early on.

CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ This complaint is utter nonsense- She contracted with our company on Monday 6-22-2015- The contract stipulated that the vehicle was available on 6-26- as first available for shipment. No delivery until 7-8-2015- Were working her order with no issues. In fact we had two carriers we turned down because the vehicle could not be delivered. on the 8th or after/ They could not hold it that long- That is not unusual since it is a 6-8 day transport. Out of the blue this morning we received a call with a curt rude and short"- I want to cancel"- - We then looked on the national board to find out she was signed with two other brokers and told of her this- She then got mad and hung up. That was it. SHE IS NOW ON THE BOARD WITH THREE BROKERS. ALL ELLEN TRIED TO TELL HER WAS THE CARRIERS DO NOT CALL ON DOUBLE BOOKED LOADS. Then she calls back and ask for the manager. She was talking to her. - she finds that out and threatens belligerently to contact the BBB WE HAVE NOT UNDER PERFORMED THE CONTRACT- WE WERE DOING AS PROMISED. WE COLLECTED NO MONEY AND WE CANCELLED THE ORDER IMMEDIATELY AS REQUESTED. A REVIEW SHOULD NOT HAPPEN BECAUSE SOMEONE IS HAVING A BAD DAY OR THERE IS A PERSONALITY CONFLICT. ALL WE DID WAS TELL THE TRUTH.
