Transport got off to a rocky start, primarily because the carrier that had taken the job underestimated the size of the vehicle and couldn't fit it on his truck. It was difficult to get another carrier to take the job, likey because of my location on the east coast which was isolated on the eastern shore of Virginia. Pete and Ann were helpful in finding a new carrier with some modifications of the drop-off that suited me fine and we had a new carrier within a few days that was fantastic. Car was in great shape and well taken care of.
