i was very impressed with the customer service, great company to do business with, very friendly and informative.. the driver was on time to make the scheduled pickup and took great care inloading and unloading the car, the car arrived on time and in perfect condition, 360 is one of those broker's that makes sure the driver gets paid his worth, there are plenty of greedy brokers that stiff the driver only to put more money in their pocket, not 360. they take their fair share and make sure the driver is well compensated, being a retired driver myself this is very important to me, i have dealt with brokers and realize how hard it is for a driver to make a living when dealing with other brokers, i would recommend them again and again.. ________George
