They left the truck we paid the upfront fee to tow abandoned in a parking lot in Colorado and avoided giving any sort of solution for over a week. We had to contact the local police in NJ to run a check on the VIN to find the vehicle, damaged from being pushed off the trailer. When we were told we would get the fee reimbursed, since we had to pay another transport company to pick it up, they never followed through and we had to get our money back via a dispute with the credit card company.
Won't ever use them again.
