I have never experienced customer service like this! Jacob and Phil went above and beyond to assist me in making sure that my son's car got picked up and brought to me without a glitch. Their professionalism, communication and work ethics speak for itself! Even on a weekend when they were not on the clock Jacob made sure that I got a driver to pick up the car! I cannot express enough how thankful and grateful I am for such dedication! YOU GUYS ROCK! EVERYONE I KNOW WILLD EFINATELY KNOW ABOUT YOU! THANK YOU! Oh and your driver Miguel was super nice too (I think my son and I just made new friend - -)
