On 5/23 another company completely failed to pick up a vehicle I made arrangements for on 5/2. I had several options for getting this vehicle picked up when I was making arrangements and we went with another company initially. That company failed to pick up the vehicle and did not notify me that they were going to fail until the owner of the vehicle was due to fly out of the state in 2 hours. I called Jacob and he immediately went to work and found a truck that could make the pick up that evening and delivered the vehicle in approximately 60 hours. I am very appreciative of the attention and service that Jacob provided. I will be calling him again when it is time to ship the vehicle back to Maryland.
