Fisrt of all, we would like to state that the vehicle was safely delivered the day after this review posted. The car was not being held for ransom, the driver was late due to circumstances beyond our control. The driver encounter several mechanical difficulties during transit and we do apologize for the wait. Mr. Bickel has the right to set up a lawsuit stating that the vehicle was stolen, however, he had signed a contract giving permission for the vehicle to be transported across state lines so no legal action will be continued. Also, it states clearly on the contract that the delivery day is never gaurenteed. You were told that it would be your approximate delivery date…not your official delivery date. Employees in our office spoke with Mr. Bickel nearly everyday assuring him that his vehicle would be delivered, which it did. We sincerely apologize for the delay
