We originally contracted with 1st Choice Shipping and they subbed it out to Yellow Jacket (YJ). YJ picked up our MDX on 2/1 in Tucson and said it would be on the way by the end of the week and might arrive on the weekend of 2/5. So we hung around and no MDX. We called on 2/8 and they said the truck was still in Az waiting to pick up 2 other cars in Phoenix and that it should leave any day. After the 8th they stopped answering the phone and by the weekend we had no idea where our MDX was. We contacted 1st Choice for some help but they couldn't get in touch with them either - phone or email. By the beginning of the next week we were going to put in a stolen vehicle report with the Az state police. We finally got a call from a truck driver on Tuesday saying that he was in Southern Oregon and would deliver the MDX that afternoon. He also said that he was a replacement driver because the original driver had been thrown in jail, had abandoned the truck and would not tell them where it was! When we finally got the MDX it was damaged and the driver tried to get us to settle for the $480.00 we owed him. We refused because we knew the damage was greater than that. Yellow Jacket did not want to file an insurance claim and said they would send a check if we got 2 bids. We sent the bids, they said the check was in the mail and of course it never arrived. They again quit answering the phone so told 1st Choice THEY needed to take care of it since they had hired Yellow Jacket. Then 1st Choice stopped calling. We finally had to threaten to turn it in to both company's insurance carriers and contact the Attorney General of their respective states. When 1st Choice finally filed a claim on our behalf with Yellow Jacket's insurance, the check finally showed up in the mail.

ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE YELLOW JACKET EXPRESS!!!!! First Choice shoul d have chosen someone better to contract with and could have communicated more frequently but would rate them a C overall because of all the problems.
