Eric at 1st call was my point of contact, and he made the process very smooth and easy by making it very personal. I didn't feel like a number, and I didn't need to speak with several other people that didn't know me, or my transaction. He had the car picked up almost immediately, and from there I was in touch with the driver. The car was picked up in California and within 5 days I was driving it in Chicago. The price was extremely fair, and the personal service will bring me back if I need to ship again.
