I would definitely use 1st Call Auto Haul again. The price was pretty good. Eric located a driver within 2 days and addressed all my concerns and questions. I had no problem getting in touch with him. He was very quick to return my calls. Great service!
The driver however, didn’t contact us in advance when he was picking up the car. Also, he didn’t know how to get to the pick up location in LA. I had to go online and search how he can get from Sacramento to the pick up location in North Hollywood. The car was picked up Thursday night, and arrived in New York on Tuesday. I should note that in New York the driver didn’t have any problems finding the drop off location. I think the driver did a great job, transporting the car from LA to NY in just five days! The car had no scratches and no damages. I was very happy we used 1st Call Auto Haul to transport our car.
