Four years ago I shipped a car it was almost not worth the hassle. There were days were I wished I had just taken the plates off and abandoned the car in my apartment parking lot rather than deal with the morons who I chose then. This time around I did my homework and after reading the reviews and talking to Eric Sailer I went with 1st Call. The experience could not have been better! Eric was honest, worked with me on the pickup and dropoff dates and would always answer the phone personally. A specific pickup date was not critical, as I has left the car with a friend, but it was critical that I get as much lead time as possible on the dropoff date and Eric kept me informed every step off the way. Just being able to reach Eric and not be put on hold for hours puts 1st Call at the top of the list as far as I'm concerned. The could have asked for more money and I would have happly paid it but as it turned out they gave me the lowest price of the six other companies I called!
