In a day and age where customer service is doomed to automated phone lines, 1st Call truly shines with excellent service, commitment and the ability to keep you informed. This transaction was so smooth I was almost in disbelief. Thanks Eric for your proffessionalism and work ethic. I would never consider using any other shipping company after the level of excellence that your company demonstrated.
