Although I really wanted to pick up my new minivan in person (a trip to sunny Florida from Northeast Ohio in February is hard to pass up) I just didn't have the time. After some internet research I came up with 1Flat-Rate as my shipper and they did not disappoint.

I spoke with Ray by phone prior to placing the order, he was very helpful in explaining how the process works and what things I should take into consideration. After I made my decision, called back and then placed the shipping order everything worked just as expected. Emails were timely and easy to understand. When the Florida dealer called me with a concern, I called Ray and he addressed the (non)issue. Even with the severe winter storm issues the vehicle pickup was well within the time frame I had requested and once the car was picked up it was in Ohio very quickly.

The driver was very capable, he called the evening before to verify the delivery location and set the delivery for the following afternoon. He then called again an hour before delivery to pin down the exact time.

Price and service were outstanding, I would have no problem using 1Flat-Rate again.
