This being my first time attempting to ship a vehicle, I was a bit unnerved about the entire process. I must have contacted Ray at least 8 times and each time with varying questions. He was very calm and and explained each situation/scenario to me. Never once did he get upset or flustered that I kept calling.

My only frustration was that we would have to wait until the last minute to find out when the car was being picked up. Understandable due to the facts, but again, very frustrating.

Ray was quite honest and in the end, things went exactly as he said they would. Thank you Ray !
