This review is actually for two separate orders, both of which were handled by Ray, and happened to be picked up by the same carrier from two different locations in Virginia. Pick-up date was at the end of July. I feel bad for not posting this sooner as the broker and the carrier were excellent and I have just been busy. Ray from 1Flat-Rate was always easy to reach (even at 11pm), always patient, kind and courteous. Ray addressed all of my questions, he found a carrier that would pick up two of our cars from two locations one day apart so we were delighted with his hard work and dedication. He provided us with an honest carrier, that had accurate pick-up and drop off estimated times. He followed up with the orders as did the carrier. The price also did not drastically change from the quoted one, in one case it was less. It was also competitive with the other quotes from other companies.

The cars reached us in excellent condition. I have no complaints, they arrived Sunday evening, as the carrier had already mentioned. One piece of advice of which I was not aware is that the carrier cannot stop and unload in many parts in LA (westwood for ex.) and so you may have to have someone take you 6-7miles out to where you can pickup your car. I was told of this previously though but was not aware of the distance...
Ray thanks again for all your help!!!!! If we have to move again (hoping not), we will definitely use 1FLAT-RATE again!
