I got emails from dozens of companies. I checked each one on BBB. Most were D or F rated. This company had an A rating, and it was well deserved. They went out of their way to make sure we were in the loop all the way. We had an absolute deadline, which other shippers said they "might" make. Mike Falco said they definitely WOULD make it. They even got us TWO pickup opportunities in a very short time. The car was even delivered early. Couldn't be happier.
Avoid the crooks out there and ALWAYS check the BBB rating. It is well worth the small extra time up front to avoid all of the headaches set forth in review of other transport companies.
