After obtaining 12 quotes from auto transport companies I chose 1 Flat-Rate because Ray called me to answer any questions or concerns I might have and that a truck would be in the area the car was to be picked up at exactly the right time for me to have it moved. Because he was immediately available to coordinate the move and the price at $825.00 was very good I selected his company. I would recommend the customer service and overall experience to anyone, especially in a coast-to-coast move.
