Worst Customer Service experience I've ever had!

I had a terrible experience with this company. They sent me the order information via email. I called a few days later to see what the status of my order was. I was told that they had 7 days to find a driver for the car. No where in the order information was this stated. A few days later I received the vehicle carrier information. The car was supposed to be picked up on Thursday and delivered on Monday. I called the driver on Monday- he didn't have my car. I called 1Flat Rate. They said the driver was supposed to call me and tell me that his truck had "broke down" on the way to pick up the car on Thursday and that the car was still sitting at the dealership in NY. 1Flat Rate should have called me to update me on this status of the delivery. She wasn't very apologetic and said they were working on finding another driver. This time she said that they had 7 to 10 days to find a driver. Again, no where in the fine print, and how did the time frame get extended 3 days? They found a driver the next day- the car was to be delivered on Saturday. I called them to change the address of the delivery. I received a call on Friday from the driver- he was 30 minutes away. Apparently when Brenda called the driver to change the address, he told her to tell me that he would be delivering the car early on Friday, instead of Saturday. Brenda didn't communicate this to me. I had to leave work and scramble to collect the fee needed to accept the car. I will NEVER work with this company again. And will certainly be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
