Smooth shipping experience

I purchased a vehicle from a friend of mine in San Francisco and needed the car shipped to Rochester, NY. My friend contacted Ray, got a quote, and move forward with the process. Ray found a driver in the area within a day or two and scheduled the pick up. The driver contacted my friend and explained he got delayed for the pick up. Things like this happen, so it was not a big deal. As far as my friend told me, the pick up process went smoothly.

The driver contacted me the day before drop off to make sure I was available, which was two days before the actual drop off date and was more convenient for me. He called me the next day when he was 30 minutes out (at my request) and he arrived within 45 minutes. The car rolled off the truck, payment was made, and off the driver went to deliver 5 more vehicles.

As far as working with Ray at 1Flate-Rate, the experience was very positive and I would work with them again. The driver really has nothing to do with the broker, but my experience with the driver was also very positive. I'd use 1Flat-Rate again without any hesitation.
