Mike was absolutely awesome in assisting us with the transport of our "new" used car. Unfortunately, the car was horrible upon delivery, but that was NO fault of 1 Flat Rate's carrier or service. Because of this, we used 1 Flat Rate again to return the car to the dealership from which it came to obtain our refund. Super honest, quick scheduling, no deposit required, payment due upon delivery, no games, no hidden fees = NO HASSLE!
