From pick up to delivery dispatch and customer service answered all of my concerns and questions in a very timely fashion. I received the drivers phone number and was in contact with him the entire trip. After my vehicle was delivered I received a phone call from one of the owners of the company to make sure I was satisfied with his companies proformance. Excellent Customer Service. I would use 123 Auto Transport again.
