Pickup of the vehicle was delayed for several days, but, I had given them a drop dead date for delivery, and they met that date with time to spare. Driver and rep at One Shot both kept me informed regularly every step of the way, answered my calls, gave me accurate info on status of delivery. Vehicle arrived in perfect condition, and on time.
