I had a very positive experience. Kristin was very good about staying in contact with me and answered all my questions.I never had any problems in getting a hold of her. She was very polite and professional.
She made sure I had all the carrier information as soon as the car was assigned.
I was able to contact the carrier when ever I called. He called me several times to let me know where he was and when he would arrive.
I was worried that he was driving through a bad snow storm and very bad roads. In-spite of that he actually delivered my car several days earlier than planned.

The driver was very polite and professional. My car did not have any problems at all.

I would recommend this agency to any of my friends.
